Journey to historic Dunedin, and on arrival enjoy a city sightseeing tour. Visit Larnach Castle. Tonight, enjoy a traditional Scottish Ceremony including haggis and bagpipes.

This morning take time to explore this grand city before we travel across to the lakeside settlement of Te Anau.

Day 5. Te Anau, Milford Sound, Queenstown
Today we cruise on spectacular Milford Sound. Discover views of majestic Mitre Peak, a multitude of waterfalls and other landmarks. Continue to Queenstown the 'Alpine Resort'.

Day 6. Queenstown at Leisure, Queenstown Theme Dinner
Today enjoy the many activities that Queenstown has to offer. This evening cruise on the TSS Earnslaw to Walter Peak Sheep Station to enjoy a sumptuous carvery dinner.

Day 7. Queenstown, Haast
Trace the beautiful shorelines of Lakes Wanaka and Hawea then cross the snow-capped Southern Alps to the small township of Haast.

Enjoy stunning scenery travelling to World Heritage-listed Westland National Park. Journey to Hokitika and see Greenstone (Jade) being carved into jewellery.

View the Punakaiki ‘Pancake’ rock formations and visit Shantytown. At Greymouth board the award-winning TranzAlpine Train for a scenic journey to Christchurch.

Depart Christchurch and travel north to Kaikoura, an area renowned for whale watching experiences. Visit Brancott Winery before continuing to the seaside port of Picton.

Join our Interislander cruise across Cook Strait to the capital city, Wellington. Upon arrival enjoy a city sights tour before we visit Te Papa – the National Museum of New Zealand. The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure.

Follow the Kapiti Coast to the West Coast of the North Island. Continue to Hastings and travel onto Napier.

This morning, enjoy a guided ‘Art Deco’ walk. Travel to Lake Taupo, then continue to Rotorua via mighty Huka Falls and Wairakei Park. Tonight enjoy a Maori Hangi (feast).
