UNLIMITED TRAVEL

All of our daily rental rates are on an unlimited kilometre basis. This allows you to travel as much as you like without the worry of exceeding your holiday budget.

HIRE PERIOD

Minimum hire period 5 days within one island; 14 days Inter-Island. Hires commence from 9.00AM on day of pickup to 4.00PM on day of drop off. Hires are based on a daily cost calculated from day of pick up as day 1 to drop off as last day. (e.g. Monday - Monday hire is 8 days.)

DEPOTS

Rental Offices are located in Auckland, Hamilton and Christchurch for pick up and drop off. The operator relocates all vehicles to Tauranga, Rotorua and Taupo from our Hamilton depot. If you begin or end your hire in one of these cities, we will bring the motorhome and meet you at the airport or your Hotel / Motel. This service is offered free of charge.

ONE WAY HIRES

One way hires are available at no extra cost between Auckland, Hamilton, Taupo, Tauranga, Rotorua and Christchurch. These must be stated at time of booking and are subject to availability.

DRIVERS LICENCE

A standard car licence is all that is required to drive a motorhome. At commencement of hire, each driver must present a current New Zealand, International or approved overseas full drivers licence. Maximum 2 drivers. Hirers and drivers must be over 21 years of age. Hire insurance excess of additional NZ$500 applies to drivers under 25 years of age.

PETROL / DIESEL

The motorhome will be supplied with a full tank of fuel at the commencement of your hire. It must be returned with a full tank at the end, or the cost of refuelling will be charged against your bond.

VEHICLE INSURANCE -   Motorhomes.

In the unlikely event of an accident, the hirer is responsible for the first NZ$3000.00 of any accident for drivers aged 25 years and over.
A Refundable bond is payable at the commencement of the hire.  This is refunded when the motorhome is returned reasonably clean, undamaged and full of fuel. Credit Card payment only for paying bond. No Cheques.
Refundable Bond Options:-
NZ$3000.00 Standard Bond , Credit Card payment only.
NZ$3000.00 reducible to NZ$1000.00 with Premier Excess Reduction Waiver of NZ$20.00 per day, (non refundable), (maximum $600.00)
NZ$3000.00 reducible to NZ$250.00 with Advanced Excess Reduction Waiver of NZ$30.00 per day, (non refundable), (maximum $900.00)
Drivers aged 21 - 25 are subject to an additional excess of NZ$500.00 on top of the above figures.

AVAILABILITY

If for any reason the reserved vehicle is not available, the operator reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of similar or better standard. In the event an alternative vehicle is not available or unsuitable, the operator's  liability will be limited to the full refund of payments recieved by the operator.

BANNED ROADS

The vehicle is not permitted to be operated on any of the following roads:-
*    90 Mile Beach
*    309 Road, Coromandel
*    SH 40, SH43, Ohura
*    SH 38, Waikaremoana to Ruatahuna
*    Skippers Canyon Road, Queenstown
*    Ball Hutt Road, Mt Cook
*    All Unsealed Ski Access Roads
*    All Beaches

Due to Health Department Hygene and Safety Regulations :-

No Pets or animals are permitted to be in the Motorhome at any time.

Lighted candles are not permitted in the Motorhome at any time.

Smoking is not permitted in any Motorhomes or Rental Cars.
Smoking in any vehicle will incur a NZ$300 Decontamination Fee.
